Registration for Mountain Hounds 2010 is now open.

Event Registration Fee: $25.00

Your individual/family registration includes the following activities:
• Admittance to all Seminars
• Hound Ice Cream Social
• Mountain Hound Hustle participation
• Goodbye Social
• Entrance to the vending hall and silent auction
• Games, charity walk, costume contest and more

Friday box lunch tickets may be purchased for $7 each.

Friday Rotary Club dinner tickets may be purchased for $12 each.

Event Disclaimer:

Attendance, participation and or involvement by you, persons in your group and your animals are entirely at your own risk. Ensure the safety of yourself, your children and your pets by taking appropriate measures. 

Greyhound Friends of North Carolina, Mountain Hounds organizers and volunteers accept no assumption of liability for events planned, or incidence occurring during Mountain Hounds. 

Release from Liability (Hold Harmless):

I (We) hereby volunteer to participate in activities for the event Mountain Hounds held and sponsored by Greyhound Friends of North Carolina.
RELEASE FROM LIABILITY. I (We) hereby release GFNC, its Secretary, Director, Agents, Employees and Volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands or causes of action that I may hereafter have for injuries or damages arising out of my participation in Mountain Hound activities, even if caused by negligence or other fault of GFNC.

COVENANT NOT TO SUE. I (We) further agree that I WILL NOT SUE OR MAKE CLAIM against GFNC for damages or other losses sustained as a result of my participation in Mountain Hounds activities.

INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS. I (We) also agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD GFNC from all claims, judgments and costs, including but not limited to attorneys' fees, and to reimburse them for any expenses whatsoever incurred in connection with an action brought as a result of my participation in Mountain Hounds activities.

ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK. I (We) understand and acknowledge that Mountain Hounds activities could cause injury and I EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THE RISK OF DEATH OR OTHER PERSONAL INJURY SUSTAINED WHILE PARTICIPATING IN MOUNTAIN HOUNDS ACTIVITIES WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT of GFNC including but not limited to equipment malfunction from whatever cause, inadequate training, or any other fault of GFNC
