GENERAL VENDING INFORMATION:


Vending will be at the Four Seasons conference room located on Reagan Dr. The Four Seasons is ½ mile from the Sidney James and has plenty of parking and a large grassy area.

In addition to the vending fee, we are requesting one donated item from each vendor for the raffle.

Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, whether lost, stolen, or damaged or any theft of monies.

Vendors will be responsible for their own clean up.

Vendors are responsible for complying with Tennessee laws.

All vendors will be responsible for their own room rental.

VENDING HOURS:
SATURDAY June 5, 2010   (6 HOURS)
VENDING HOURS  9:00 AM until  3:00PM

VENDING REGISTRATION:

Vendor Registration is $50.00 and includes the following:

• Registration for the entire event
• Welcome Bag
• 10' by 10' space
• 1 8 ft table/2 chairs (additional available)

Vendor registration includes all activities. Vendors from 2009 will be contacted and given first right for vending in 2010. To inquire about vending at Mountain Hounds, please send an email with the following information to amysgreys@yahoo.com.
